Since our formation in 2003 we have worked with the Cognition team to help us identify the hardware, software and services required to suit our company. They studied our business processes and worked closely with us to develop a browser delivery based software solution using the latest Microsoft .NET technologies.
The solution automates our claims processing procedures providing elements that deliver emails, faxes and documents, enabling our in-house claims handlers and solicitors to service our clients efficiently.
The Cognition team is currently helping us to specify an Extranet for our insurance company clients to provide them with a transparent view of all states of current claims, which will be used to track all aspects of work in progress, providing a mechanism to check KPIs on any claims 24 hours a day.
We have found the Cognition team to be very accommodating, easy to work with, enthusiastic and extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other potential clients.

We have been associated with the Cognition team for a number of years now; we have always found their professionalism second to none.

It is always difficult to describe to a 3rd party what you want out of a system, but they listened to our needs, got to know our business and developed a web based file portal that enables not just the Octopus Cabling staff but also our customers and suppliers to simply and easily interact and add value to our business.

When I first saw and used the system, I was quite literally staggered as to how well they had turned our needs into reality. We now have a complete business system that has disaster recovery built-in, needs no back-up tapes and is externally hosted, this negated the need for costly hardware and also freed office space. We are now able to access all of our information from anywhere and on any platform.

They have given us the foundations for our growing business to succeed.
